Why should you build a great culture?
The evidence is crystal clear. If you have a great culture combined with a great strategy, there are many benefits to your business.
A recent survey completed by Gallop has some sobering results:
63% of employees are not engaged
24% of employees are actively disengaged
87% lack motivation or are unhappy.
