One of the greatest reasons I hear why culture changes don’t embed come back to time….

Time to review if your current purpose, vision and values are still being lived by your business.

Time to learn. Like any other practice, the change is not going to occur overnight. Your leaders need to the time and space to learn and adapt and grow…and fail.

Time to let the behavioural change occur….2 to 5 years is a difficult commitment to make as a organisation when you are measured on yearly or six monthly increments.

Time to coach. A coaching organisation built on trust does not occur straight away. It takes time to build momentum on the change and for people to form new habits and skills.

Time to succeed. Culture change is not a linear movement. There will be setbacks where the business learns new systems, processes and ways of doing things. How they are measured will be a key ingredient to the success.
